welcome to washington High school

Welcome to Washington High School.
The School District of Washington is rich in tradition and we are proud of our accomplishments. Continuous improvement remains our focus and desire each and every day. We commit to the growth of student learning, behavior, citizenship, participation and service. Our high expectations of students are a reflection of how much we value them.

East Central College is hosting “Cinderella's Closet” for all area high school students. Cinderella's Closet is an event where students can pick out free prom dresses and accessories. The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 28, on the ECC campus from 4-6 p.m.

Senior delivery of caps and gowns has been changed from March 27 to April 3 in the CJB at 1 p.m.

Attention Juniors! Are you planning to attend a four year university right after graduating? The counseling office is planning to visit Mizzou and Westminster on April 18. In order to make this trip possible, there is a set schedule that we will adhere too. You must provide your own transportation to school and be prepared to have a ride home after school. Space is limited. Permission forms are in the counseling office and must be turned in by April 12. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. McGowan or Mr. Kuntzman.
